Dit Da Jow

Dit Da Jow (literally Fall – Hit Wine) is an externally applied liniment used in the treatment of injuries. It comes from a long tradition of Chinese martial arts and is regularly used for a variety of injuries such as bruising, muscle strains and minor pulls and is a key component of the body conditioning exercises of “steel shirt” training.

This particular formula has been tailored to treat these injuries as well as to help to protect joints from high impact sports such as running, racket sports and gymnastics. It can be used to great effect on fingers, wrists, elbows, knees and shoulders to prevent the accumulation of small injuries into more serious injuries. It can also be used for those with arthritis to alleviate some of the pain and swelling.

Directions for Use:

Apply generously to the affected area. Massage into the surrounding tissue applying force while stroking “outwards” (towards the ends of the fingers or toes). Repeat the process for three to five minutes while gently moving the joint through its range of motion. Finally, gently slap a coat into the skin. You will notice that the Dit Da Jow absorbs very rapidly with this technique.

Not for use while pregnant or lactating. Do not ingest unless specifically advised.
